Who will I work with?
A MySMB consultant matched to what you need. We'll introduce them by name, with their background, on your free call, before you commit to anything.
Is it in person or on video?
Either. Most sessions run on video so they fit around your week. In-person sessions depend on where you are; ask on your free call and we'll tell you straight.
Where in New Zealand do you work?
Anywhere in New Zealand by video. We work with owner-run businesses with up to 20 staff, from sole traders to small teams.
How does payment work?
You get a fixed price in a one-page quote before any work starts. Prices are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST, which is added to the invoice. Adviser on call is billed monthly.
What if it's not a fit?
Then we'll say so on the free call and point you to someone better placed to help. The call costs nothing and there's no obligation.
Can you give tax, legal or investment advice?
No. We're business consultants, not your accountant, lawyer or financial adviser. When something needs regulated advice on tax, law or investments, we'll bring in a registered professional or point you to one.
